Our Quality Control process encompasses the following factors:
- The manufacturing process is stable and meets the customer’s requirements.
- The product meets the client’s quality standards as well as Weber’s internal quality standards.
- The order is fulfilled on-time
- The quality standards, techniques and systems are consistent between both production facilities (Canada and U.S.A.)
- After-sales service is efficient and friendly.
- Yearly external Quality Control audit
- Internal quarterly Quality Control audit system (in implementation)
- FDA and Health Canada compliance.
In addition, we are continuously working to improve our quality control systems.
